Simple Treatment Protocol 3

On examination, carefulness in work needed to get information about things that may not be visible in the anamnesis. This is important because there are some patients who can not talk, does not realize, or cover the symptoms of patients who actually have the patient on the patients life for example.

On physical examination must have at least:
1. general conditions
2. awareness, and GCS (do not must have)
3. vital sign
4. general status, and locals

General situation
That need to be assessed in general are all things that appear to look at themselves including patient attitudes, positions, and equipment attached to the patient.
Example 1:
Patients, old, thin, poor hygiene, crowded look, flatulence, both feet swollen, appear anxious, sleep with two pillows, attached infuse RL 20 TTU / minutes and attached to the urine bag catheter ± 500 cc.
