Special Inspection

a. Hepar
examination with the most simple combination percuss and auscultate. How to put the stethoscope on the skin over hepar, and grit digit hepar to find the edge. 2. Gynecologist cases, the votes are:

b. VVU (vulva, vagina, urethra) with anomaly
c. Portion (soft, hard, stiff, slippery, stretchy)
e. OUE, (open, closed, 1 finger, there is a network, fetal skin)
f. Corpus uteri up / not, how)
g. adnexa and parametrium (dextra / Sinistra, no mass / no)
h. Cavum Douglasi (prominent or not)
