Auscultate heart sound
Normally only hear the sound 1 and sound 2 without an additional vote.
1 vote came from atrioventrikularis Dexter close the valve and Sinister.
2 vote came from aorta valve closing and pulmonalis.
Generally abnormal, if there:
1. gallop (horses clop): is the voice of the results late closing valve. There was a vote on the 3 and 4
2. noisy / murmur: is the sound of blood turbulence due to the closure valve not perfect. Known noisy main 2:
a. ejection: a weak voice murmur and then weakened again stronger ago it continuously. There is a stenosis in the valve.
b. pansistol: voice murmur ongoing. There are at insufficiency valve.
