Some lung cancer effect in a place far away from the lungs, such as metabolic disorders, neurological disorders and muscle disorders (paraneoplastik syndrome). This syndrome is not related to the size and location of the cancer and does not necessarily indicate that the cancer has spread outside the chest; syndrome is caused by substances released by cancer.
